Summer Workout Schedule

Summer workouts start June 4th! Below is a schedule for all summer workouts. We plan on meeting every Monday at 7:30am at the Circle C Soccer Fields for Long Runs and every Wednesday at the Bowie Track for Speed Workouts. Workouts will last approximately 1 hour. Everybody is welcome including little siblings, friends, and even parents. Working out is so much easier and more fun when you do it with others. That is why we are doing these summer workouts in the first place! I understand if there are family vacations or other conflicts. That’s why these workouts are optional, but the expectation is if you are in town that you do your absolute best to make each workout.

Also we have a tentative workout / meet calendar for our upcoming fall season — also attached below. Meets could change as we are waiting on a few confirmations, and workouts change all the time depending on weather, field conditions, injuries, and team needs. It is very important for athletes to come into Cross Country with a solid base to prevent injury and maximize performance. That is why summer workouts are so important!
